How our bespoke service works
Initial Contact
From your initial contact we will confirm our availability and ask for a few details to be able to put together an initial outline quote. This will give you an idea of the cost and and allow you to see what you can achieve within your budget. Our current minimum spend is £1000 not including delivery and set up fees. Following this if you would like to book you will pay a booking fee of 10% of the quoted price to secure us for your wedding date (deducted from your final balance).
The next stage will be a consultation to discuss the finer details. Here we will hone in on the design details that are important to you whether that is a specific colour, flower variety or arrangement style. Consultations are usually in person over a coffee in York but we can also accommodate zoom and phone consultations if this suits your schedule/location better.
Following your consultation we will update your initial proposal with all of the details and ideas we discussed. This will give you an overall picture of what to expect for your flowers on the big day.

Final Checks and
The Big Day
Around three months before your wedding we will get in touch to make sure you are still happy with the proposed flower plan. If necessary we will amend the proposal as needed and write up your final proposal and final balance invoice. The week before the wedding we will double check the delivery arrangements with you.
On the day we will take care of everything from setting up the ceremony and reception flowers to delivering your personal flowers to where you are getting ready. Allowing you to get ready for your big day feeling relaxed and happy the floral decor has been taken care of. We will also collect any rented items and clear away any flowers you don't want the following day.
